OFFERED description
In body of mail give description and your approx location so people know
how far they'd have to travel.
I think its fair if you wait 24 hours before picking someone to recieve
the item else the people who can check their email every 5 minutes tend
to get everything which doesn't seem fair for those people who can't check
the email at work etc.
